How to Shop?
A. 1. Click "My account" to start shopping.
2. For the new user click "register". Click "Login" if already a member.
3. Use the "Add to cart" button to purchase a product.
4. On "Shopping Cart" page:
- Use "QTY" box to increase or decrease the products quantity.
- Use remove icon under the "product title" to remove a product.
- Always click the "Update Shopping Bag" button every time you update your cart.
- Click "Update Shopping Bag" if you wish to add more to your cart otherwise, click "Proceed to Checkout" if finished.
- Insert your Coupon Code if you have any and click "Apply Coupon."
5. The Billing Information will appear. Click "next" to continue.
6. The Delivery information will appear. If the Name and Shipping address is not the same with the Billing information, uncheck the box "Use Billing Information as Delivery Information" and edit the necessary information. Once finished, click "Next" to continue.
7. On "Mode of Payment" page, choose your desired payment options and click Next.
8. Double check your order at the "Summary" page. The Shipping rate, Total weight and Grand total of your order will be displayed. If everything is correct, click "Place Order". DO NOT CLOSE or REFRESH the page once the placing an order is in progress.
9. For Paypal payment method you will be redirected to Paypal page. For non-Paypal payment you will be redirected to Checkout success page. The site will indicate if you have a successful order.
10. Check your email for order confirmation and instruction.
11. Email firstname.lastname@example.org the screenshot of transaction receipt and indicate the following:
*Transaction number (order number from our website.
12. For any transaction verification you may email us at email@example.com. Please also include your transaction number.
